Welder / Fabricator Dartford, Kent£16 - £18 per hour + Lucrative Overtime (OTE £40k+) + Industry Training + Early Finish Fridays Do you have experience working in Sheet Metal OR Fabrication? Are you looking to expand your skillset and work on a variety of high end fabrication equipment?Excellent opportunity on offer for a Sheet Metal Worker to join a well-established, rapidly expanding company that offer a varied position with guaranteed stability and security.This market-leading company are specialists within their field offering a complete service from concept design through to design, prototyping and manufacture for large blue chip organisations such as defence, transport and Aeronautics. This company are currently thriving and in high demand for their services which has led to them looking to recruit a like-minded Sheet Metal Worker to their growing team.In this position you will utilise your skillset by welding and fabricating a wide variety of materials, ranging from stainless steels to mild steel to brass, in both heavy and light fabrication.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Fabrication background to join a company where you will gain excellent training working within a good culture where you will develop your skills and be well looked after.The Role:

• Fabrications of bespoke sheet metal products
• 7.30-4 Mon-Thurs, finish at 2 on Fridays + lots of overtime available
• 20 Days holiday for first year of employment, 25 Days thereafter

The Person:

• TIG welding experience beneficial
• Experience working in fabrication
• Looking to work for a good company that invest in their employees
• Commutable to Dartford
