The position offers a basic salary ranging from 20k to 22k, depending on experience, with an OTE of 30k.
Responsibilities include generating market appraisals, assisting purchasers with viewings, and maintaining seller relationships.

Sales Negotiator • 20k-22k Basic (DoE) • 30k OTE • Dartmouth • Independent Agency • Leading Independent Estate Agency is looking for a motivated Sales Negotiatorto operate within the South Hams. Joining a successful team, you will bring your estate agency experience and passion for property combined with your exceptional customer service skills to 'add value' to this strategic office. Responsibilities for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

Market Appraisal generation
Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings
Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback
Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments

Skills & Experience for this Sales Negotiator role:

Experience within estate agency sales preferred
Comfortable working with targets
