Sonic Summary

This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, reporting to the FP&A Finance Controller.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in management accounting within manufacturing or retail industries.
Key responsibilities include producing commercial and management information, monthly reporting on sales and margins, and developing forecasting tools.
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
The salary for this position is competitive, commensurate with experience, and will be discussed during the interview process.

Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

Reporting to the FP&A Finance Controller, you'll utilize your technical expertise, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to provide information, analysis, reports, and support. Your insights will influence commercial business decisions made by senior management, requiring robust financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce accurate commercial & management information/analysis.
Monthly reporting on Sales & Margin, Overheads, & Balance Sheet.
Attend Month End review meetings.
Involve in production, consolidation, reporting & analysis of periodic forecasts for Sales and Overheads.
Develop tools to improve sales and profitability forecasting and planning.
Drive process standardization.
Review, collate, and report on commercial overheads, addressing key variances.
Ad hoc reports and analysis as required.

In-depth understanding of business operations with attention to detail.
Strong time management skills for handling multiple tasks/projects.
Excellent analytical skills, focusing on relevant details without missing the bigger picture.
Strong communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
Initiative-driven problem-solving approach.
Previous experience in management accounting.
Strong team player and self-starter.
Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, lookups, IF statements.
Newly Qualified / Finalist (ACCA/ACMA).
