My client is an exciting wholesale and retail company in a fast growing FMCG sector.

The Head of Marketing is looking for this key member of her team who can revitalise some brands and launch some new exciting products.

So What will Your Day look like?

Collaborating with the Head of Marketing to execute the annual marketing plan.

Conducting regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends and maintain a competitive edge.

Leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Ensuring consistent, brand-aligned messaging across all communications.

Monitoring and analysing campaign results, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Working closely with the Product Manager and design teams to ensure new products meet brand standards and customer needs.

Researching and developing initiatives aligned with market trends and brand objectives.

Conducting product positioning and competitive analysis to enhance our unique market position.

Collaborating with the in-house design team on visuals, copy, and multimedia content.

Developing and enforcing guidelines for consistent branding across internal and external communications.

Who is the YOU we are looking for?

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Demonstrable experience in a Brand Marketing role.

Proven success in revitalising brands and launching products.

Leadership experience (preferred but not essential).

B2C and B2B marketing expertise (preferred) B2B is essential

Experience in regulated industries (desirable).
