They are looking for an Internal Sales person to generate business opportunities. Experience in home building, construction industry would be welcomed but all sales backgrounds will genuinely be considered. What is most important is to be enthusiastic, results driven, love a challenge, be customer focused and have a desire to develop your own career where opportunities will be available for the right person.

Role:-

· Respond to inbound calls and qualify any requirements

· Respond to website enquiries and qualify any requirements

· Follow up website brochure requests and qualify any requirements

· Follow up 'warm’ leads generated by the marketing team

· Use all data sets to prospect for new opportunities

· Build relationships with key individuals in the housebuilder / regeneration markets

· Identify and research new routes to market

· Manage call-off orders for larger contracts

Experience:-

· Minimum 2 years telemarketing/business development/sales experience in a B2B environment

· Experience in building relationships and growing a pipeline, nurturing opportunities and ultimately generating sales

· Experience of using a CRM system for all activity

Pay: £25,000.00-£33,000.00 per year (Base is negotiable depending on experience) + OTE Circa £40,000-£50,000
