By understanding the needs and interests of everyone involved, youll create engaging and transformative digital learning experiences that resonate with individuals at all levels. Key Roles & Responsibilities


  • You will join forces with our HQ teams and Practice Partners to create exceptional digital learning solutions that drive meaningful change and make a lasting impact on the business.
  • Develop strong relationships with HGHQ teams by advocating for the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and engaging with potential users to maximize the benefits available.
  • Create high-quality learning content that is relevant and engaging, delivered in various formats. This includes all essential (mandatory) digital learning to meet our company and legislative obligations.
  • Build eLearning content using the preferred authoring tool.
  • Act as the platform owner for HG Academy, demonstrating a thorough understanding of all its functions, both front end and back end.
  • Provide support to any HGHQ departments that require assistance in designing learning related to their specific areas, sharing Digital L&D expertise and ideas.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the design and content of training by gathering regular feedback from key stakeholders and learners.
  • Implement strategies to maximize the learning platform's potential for employee engagement and learning impact.
  • Continuously review and update existing learning content to align with organizational priorities.
  • Create reports and dashboards for the L&D team and stakeholders to share insights on training performance and make informed decisions.
  • Provide regular updates on learning statistics to the L&D Manager and wider business e.g. course attendance, eLearning completion, customer feedback etc.
  • Manage the digital learning plan, including identifying capacity and content development needs aligned with our people plan
  • Ensure compliance with training record retention requirements.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to leverage new and emerging technologies
