Central Recruitment are working with a large Manufacturing company in Darwen.
They are looking for a part time Caretaker/Handyman to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 1-5pm
Reporting into the Health and Safety Manager you will be provide support to the current maintenance team. Duties will include:
- General Handyman Chores relating to a manufacturing setting
- Changing light bulbs
- Industrial cleaning
- Closing up the factory in an evening
- Manual handling and could involve heavy lifting
- Working at height
- Maintenance of car park area
- Maintenance of staff working and break areas
This is a hands on role and will involve heavy lifting and manual handling. Candidates must have the ability to demonstrate their experience in a maintenance setting and be looking to work a 20 hours a week
This is a part time position working 20 hours a week, could be long term or permanent for the right candidate
Immediate start available for the right candidate.
This position would suit someone looking for part time hours that has previous experience in joinery, handyman, general tradesperson, plumber or someone that is good with DIY.
