The HSE Advisor will be responsible for implementing HSE initiatives, providing expert advice, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Description
- Develop, implement and review the company's health, safety and environmental strategies
- Provide expert advice on health and safety to staff and management
- Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation
- Investigate accidents and incidents, providing detailed incident reports
- Develop and conduct HSE training for employees
- Promote a positive HSE culture within the organisation
- Participate in HSE meetings and committees
Profile
A successful HSE Advisor should have:
- A recognised qualification in Health and Safety, such as NEBOSH
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry
- A thorough knowledge of HSE legislation and guidelines
- The ability to conduct risk assessments and implement HSE procedures
- Strong communication and training skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
