The role brings challenges and opportunities to make change and improvements, all the while bringing a sense of accomplishment and enjoyment.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Technical Manager, the Quality Manager will be responsible for overall site quality, including the effective handling of all complaints, KPI reporting (internally and externally), setting standards, continuous improvement (WCO) and project work, monitoring trends, training and driving culture change.To act as the company鈥檚 primary Quality liaison, competently and professionally representing the company with its customers, suppliers and external bodies as required.Ensuring all complaints (external, internal non-conformances and suppliers as required) are effectively managed to root cause, with preventative and corrective actions implemented and monitored through the structure.To implement and drive continuous improvement activities for the site. Working to agreed site KPI鈥檚, identifying trends and risk, developing sustainable solutions whilst ensuring the commitment and buy-in of all relevant personnel and continual monitoring.To been seen as a driver of change by motivating and inspiring all personnel in quality matters, instilling a quality culture to be proud of.
