About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team due to continued expansion. This role offers an attractive basic salary with additional earning potential through our effective commission structure and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and communicate daily with customers, internal sales executives, suppliers, and other internal teams.
  • Manage customer prices, credits, sales quotes, orders, invoicing, and returns.
  • Assist in processing general sales and enquiries to provide high-level customer support.
  • Maintain excellent technical knowledge across a wide range of products.
  • Ensure customer records and company files are maintained securely and responsibly.


The Ideal Candidate:

We seek an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can thrive in a busy team environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous internal sales experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A polite, friendly telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • A positive attitude and high level of motivation
  • Strong organisational skills and thoroughness
  • A target-driven mindset
  • Ability to provide guidance and sell the latest tech products
