What youll do:
- Create and update supplier accounts, ensuring accuracy
- Edit purchase orders and process invoices with reconciliations
- Checking payments and correct allocations to cost centres
- Complete month-end tasks to maintain an accurate purchase ledger
- Resolve supplier issues and goods-in discrepancies
- Perform reconciliations across income streams and retail transactions
- Process staff expenses
- Support year-end audits with accurate financial data
