Location: Darwen
Salary: 35,000 per annum + 10% bonus

The recently renovated residential care home boasts a longstanding, dedicated staff team with strong links with the community. As the organization continues to grow, the business offers excellent prospects for career development and are seeking experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to progress within their career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as the Registered Manager for the service.
- Coordinate with the CQC, local authorities, and the Fire Authority to ensure compliance and uphold high standards within the home, including timely submission of required notifications (e.g., DOLs, safeguarding, RIDDOR, CQC notifications).
- Maximize occupancy levels within the home.
- Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to guarantee the highest standards of care for all residents.
