SEN Teaching Assistant- Darwen

Do you have experience working with a variety of Special Educational Needs? Are you a compassionate, empathetic Teaching Assistant with school-based experience? If so, Tradewind are looking for you!

We are recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a school in Darwen. You will be working with a child in Year 1 with ADHD and Autism, following their EHCP to ensure they hit their learning and development goals. This position is full-time from November, lasting at least until the end of the academic year, and requires specialist experience. For the right candidate, it could result in a permanent position. Tradewind offer above-market rates of pay, with the daily rate in the region of £85 - £95 per day.

To be successful in the role of SEND Teaching Assistant, you will have:

A caring and nurturing attitude

Have a thorough understanding of supporting pupils with SEND

Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
