Linsco are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to start work for a reputable client of ours in Daventry. Our client offer a fully integrated construction build and refurbishment service across an extensive range of public and private sectors as well as having a reactive maintenance and repairs department. They also delve into commercial and domestic insurance reinstatement work with a majority of insurance companies in the UK.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Work Allocation: Assign daily tasks to a team of 13 operatives, ensuring efficient work flow.
  • Void Property Management: Inspect void properties, measure for required materials, and allocate work accordingly.
  • Project Tracking: Monitor progress, record start and completion dates, and document any variations.
  • Legionella Risk Assessments: Conduct assessments as required.
  • Client & Void Meetings: Attend weekly meetings to provide updates on completion status and target dates.
  • Kitchen & Bathroom Projects:
    • Oversee planned kitchen and bathroom installations in occupied properties.
    • Schedule work with customers and allocate labour accordingly.
    • Conduct site visits during and after completion to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Record and manage any variations.
  • Project Sign-Off: Walk through completed kitchens and bathrooms with the client's surveyor to obtain approval for payment.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Maintain clear and professional communication with operatives, customers, and clients. A strong knowledge of construction and the ability to work collaboratively within the team is essential.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organised, and experienced in construction supervision.
