Using your skills as a Quality Engineer you will focus on low-volume automotive manufacturing and drive a no-fault forward culture by carrying out investigations, root cause analysis and implementing robust containments and countermeasures to ultimately drive quality!

  • Responsible for each vehicle during the Final Quality Process including Dynamic Assessment.
  • Plan Dynamic Assessment activity at an Automotive proving ground.
  • Resolve issues reported during the off- site Dynamic Assessment process by Identifying root cause and instigating permanent corrective actions.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor and report on Quality related key performance indicators.
  • Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis.
  • Demonstrate an attitude of continuous improvement and co-operation within the department.
  • Lead and/or support groups of technicians and engineers with fault resolution.

Hours: Day Shift: Monday – Thursday: 7.30am – 16.15pm and Friday 7.00am – 15.30pm

Pay: In the region of up to £50,000 per annum + Benefits
