Daventry, Northamptonshire

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking to work with a well-established business in Daventry. Offering flexible hours for this part time role, Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day, anytime between 9am and 4pm to suit you.

You will join an established sales team with a great company culture and working environment.

If you haven't worked in a Sales environment before but you have a strong administrative background and are keen and enthusiastic to learn a sales administration role this would also be considered.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact with customers on the phones & directing the calls to members of the team
  • Processing orders answering general enquiries
  • The ability to communicate clearly with all departments
  • General meet and greet when visitors come to the office
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office Packages
  • Resolve general customer queries
  • Able to work in a team environment as well as being self-motivated
  • General administrative tasks

Sales Administrator requirements:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
