We are recruiting for Production Operatives for a client based in Daventry. This is a role working for a company who offer long term work and a stable job.
Location: Daventry
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm, Early finish on a Friday.
Pay Rate: 12.47 per hour holiday accrued or 13.97 per hour holiday paid (holiday pay paid ontop of hourly rate)
Duties:
- Lifting of items onto production lines
- Moving goods around the factory
- Assisting with the manufacturing and assembly process
- Operating machinery and production equipment
- Conducting quality checks to ensure high standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health & safety guidelines
The ideal candidate must:
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Previous experience working with metal/in fabrication
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take on new challenges
