Please note: The role will be office-based near the above location.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will take ownership of all marketing activities across digital and traditional channels. This is a hands-on and strategic role that will involve developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing the brand, overseeing product launches, and supporting the sales team with compelling content and collateral. You’ll work closely with internal departments and external agencies to elevate our brand presence and generate leads across our domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Overseeing all marketing department activities and managing a team of designers.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and social channels.
  • Manage the company’s website, SEO/SEM performance, and email marketing programs.
  • Plan and coordinate product launches, promotions, and trade show presence.
  • Create engaging content for social media, advertising, brochures, and sales tools.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with strong stakeholder management.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (CIM qualification would be welcome).
