Role: CNC Setter & Operator (Milling AND Turning)
Salary: £35,000-£44,000 per annum (£18-£21 per hour) + overtime @ 1.33x
Hours: Flexible Hours as open 6:00-18:00 Monday to Thursday / 13:30 finish Friday

The Package:
- £35,000-£44,000 salary dependent of experience
- Overtime available and paid at 1.33x

- Ongoing commitment to training and progression – willing to fully train on Milling or Turning as well as programming if required
- Small batch work and one-offs so lots of work variety
- Flexible working hours between 6:00-18:00 as long as 40 hours worked in the week
The Role:
- Manufacture precise components to tight tolerances for the motorsport industry using Fanuc controlled Lathes and Heidenhain controlled Mills.
- Work from engineering drawings to set and operate milling and turning machinery
- Offline and online programming to produce precision parts, quality checking your own work where required.
- Follow and adhere to strict Health & Safety policies
The Requirements:
- Must be able to work from engineering drawings to set and operate CNC machines with Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls (essential)
- At least two years’ experience as a CNC Miller/Turner (essential)
- You will be able to work with a variety of materials and preferably will have experience producing components for the automotive industry (advantageous)
- Must be able to work well as a team and equally without supervision on CNC machining centres.
