Dunbar Education is seeking Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Daventry and beyond. If you have classroom experience and are confident in leading lessons, this could be the ideal role for you!
Your Role as a Cover Supervisor:
- Delivering pre-set lessons and supervising classes.
- Ensuring students remain engaged and focused.
- Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
- Providing support to students where needed.
- Following school policies and safeguarding guidelines.
Who We Need:
- A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a Cover Supervisor.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong leadership and classroom management skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to different subjects.
- A passion for education and supporting students.
