Smart Solutions are currently working with a leading Logistics organisation in Crick who are looking for Customer Service representatives to join their growing team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.
Days - Monday to Friday
Hours - (Apply online only) or (Apply online only)
Pay - 12.25 per hour
Responsibilities
- Speaking with Customers over the phone and email
- Creating KPI packs to send out to Customers
- Use of Excel and updating reports
- Ability to deal with queries and complaints over email
- Speaking with various departments to resolve customer queries
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the logistics industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Experience within excel
- Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
