Gi Group are recruiting for Production operatives for Monday to Friday 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am long term, shift to join the team at iPN Ltd in Crick. We have various roles and shift available with all roles long term for suitable candidates. Due to location own transport is required. Working Monday to Friday 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6amPacking operative - £12.33 to £14.24MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES* Keeping a clean and tidy work area.* Weighing and creating mixes from a recipe.* Accuracy and detail needed to follow procedures safely and efficiently.* Be prepared to work with raw meat materials minced into animal feed, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.* Manual handling necessary to decant raw materials into smaller bins.* Operating certain machines such as bin lifts and mixers; training will be provided.* Interacting with your line manager to provide progress on your area of ownership.* Carrying out pre-start checks on your area of responsibility to verify our safe ways of workings are being adhered to.* Recording of data electronically on factory floor touch screens as well as some paper-based documents.* Having pride for your area of work and a willingness to support our colleagues.* Work to set deadlines to ensure we never miss a customer order.* Maintaining hygiene standards as we are a food factory. Full training will be given to work to expected standards.* You will be expected to help your colleagues out when they need support, speak with managers and colleagues about how we can improve things and keep waste to a minimum.For more information please apply online or email CV
