- Ensure financial policies and controls.
- Oversee compliance and audits.
- Manage cash flow and investments.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders.
- Assist with M&A activity
Qualifications:
- Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Senior financial leadership experience.
- Track record in financial planning and risk management.
- Experience leading finance teams.
- Knowledge of financial regulations.
