Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking to work with a well-established business in Daventry. Offering flexible hours for this part time role Monday to Friday 4 hours per day anytime between 9am and 4pm to suit you.
You will join and established sales team with a great company culture and working environment.
If you haven't worked in a Sales environment before but you have a strong administrative background and are keen and enthusiastic to learn a sales administration role this would also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact with customers on the phones & directing the calls to members of the team
- Processing orders answering general enquiries
- The ability to communicate clearly with all departments
- General meet and greet when visitors come to the office
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office Packages
- Resolve general customer queries
- Able to work in a team environment as well as being self-motivated
- General administrative tasks
