What You’ll Do:

As an Automotive Trim Technician, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting luxury interiors, working with high-quality materials like leather, cloth, and carbon fibre. Key responsibilities include:

Interior Trim & Hardware Build: Meticulously fitting and reworking parts to bespoke specifications.
Bench Modifications & Refit: Removing, modifying, and refitting trim to perfection.
Exterior Body Panels & Trim: Strip and build exterior body panels and trim to include panel profiles with precision and flawless alignment.
Quality Excellence: Ensuring each stitch and surface meets exacting standards, contributing to continuous improvements.
Collaboration: Partnering with engineers and other craftsmen to enhance processes and resolve build issues.

What You Bring to the Team:

Extensive Experience: Hands-on expertise in full vehicle interior fitment, ideally within a restoration environment.
Material Knowledge: Proficiency in working with leather, cloth, and carbon fibre.
