NET Recruit are partnering with a highly successful business, who are searching for a HR Business Partner in the Daventry area.Your Role:While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
  • Developing strategically focussed people plans with an emphasis on transformational change and culture, in alignment with changing business goals and needs
  • Driving narrative with key stakeholders with relevant data driven metrics and insights in order to enhance people performance
  • Supporting managers and other senior leaders with the implementation of engagement strategies
  • Developing strong relationships with unions
  • Collaborating with operational managers to deliver ongoing initiatives for absence stability and improvement
  • Leading weekly meetings with senior operational professionals to highlight trends, analyse data and determine best practices and actions needed
You MUST Have:Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified
  • Extensive exposure from within a complex, large corporate branded FTSE 250 business
  • Experience in supporting business leaders to deliver transformational change processes
  • Experience driving down absence and putting performance regimes in place
  • Excellent HR Business partnering experience
  • Fantastic communication skills
Your Opportunity:This is a leading services business with decades of success and a large workforce, which is growing year upon year. The position holder will be responsible for supporting key business leaders to implement and deliver complex people strategies, including specific initiatives to improve absence management and people performance. This role will include monthly travel into London, Farringdon and travel for national meetings when needed.  This company are offering an excellent starting salary of up to £80,000 which will also accompany a peripheral package that will include a strong holiday allocation, a pension of over 10% and a plethora of other rewards including a generous bonus and car allowance.
