Who are we and what will you be doing?..

My client are using the most cutting edge gaming software and hardware to create a bespoke product for their clients and whilst they have the expertise in house, what they need is someone with a solid background as an IT technician/support engineer with the ability to bring that to the sales room and help their customers with what is a high level purchase. Your day to day role will involve Maintaining and supporting their network ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting product specific problems in the sales room as well as being first line support for their customers who need assistance over the phone.

What you need…

  • Experience in a IT support environment commercially with both Hardware and Software fixes.
  • Windows PC and Software Systems.
  • A good customer facing manor (previous experience preferred).
  • Be able to work independently.
  • Superb communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work till the problem is solved.

What it would be nice to have….

  • Previous within a telephone support environment.
  • A passion for motorsports
