IT Support Engineer
Daventry (onsite) + Field work across the UK
£25,000 per annum + monthly bonus scheme
I have partnered with a large digital company based in Daventry who are looking to expand their IT Team. They are looking for an enthusiastic and confident IT Support Engineer who can grow and progress with the company in months to come.
Responsibilities:
- Providing remote technical support to clients across the UK and Internationally
- Responsible for training customers up on products
- Delivering training sessions
- Experience with ticketing systems + remote desktop support
- Troubleshooting software solutions
- Maintenance of hardware and equipment
- Includes client site visits across the UK (all expenses paid for- mileage/hotels)
- 2+ years' experience in a Customer focused position
- 2+ years' experience within an IT position
- Microsoft 365/ Office 365
- Experience in training or documentation writing (beneficial)
- Full UK driving licence + own vehicle (essential)
