Transport Operator - required for an immediate start in Daventry
Pure Staff are recruiting for a Transport Operator working shifts starting at 07:30 till 16:00 based in the Daventry area.
Our customer is looking for a Transport Operator who is looking for a Monday to Friday shift pattern.
Pay rates-
Monday to Friday paid at 12.94ph PAYE.
Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or or Payroll Processing Fees.
The successful candidate must fit the criteria listed below:
Duties of the Transport Operator -
- Complete compliance bookings
- Allocating drivers to the two-man crew network and general haulage operations
- Complete daily driver KPIs
- Keep close contact with all drivers to ensure bookings are completed and drivers are complying with legal compliance
The ideal Candidate-
- 2 years minimum previous transport experience in a similar job role is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of transport processes and legal requirements
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with ability to multi-task
