Mid-Shift Engineer
- Shift: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Salary: £45,575 (increasing after 6-month probation)

We are seeking a multi-skilled, time-served engineer with experience in the food industry to provide essential engineering support to the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and accurate responses to work requests.
- Perform inspections and tasks outlined in the Maintenance Plan.
- Execute maintenance activities and document them on the E-Maint PPM System.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and housekeeping standards, including 5S practices.
- Oversee utilities operation, control, and maintenance.
- Record all interventions and observations in line with work instructions.
- Support and guide external contractors on maintenance and utilities-related activities.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, RCA, 5 Why, and Daily Review meetings.
- Assist with training, coaching, and motivating production teams in machine inspections and basic maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all Food Safety, Environmental, and Health & Safety legislation.
- Contribute to small project work as assigned by management.
- Demonstrate commitment to the site's food safety and quality culture alongside the company's values.
