Production Manager
Salary up to £45,000 Depending on Experience
Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 16:30, Friday 08:00 – 13:00.

Our client is a niche and growing, manufacturing company based in Daventry.
A recent opening of the fabrication workshop and increase in capital equipment sales has created an opportunity for team expansion, and they are now looking to acquire the services of a dependable Production Manager to look after processes and staff members working in the factory.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience running / managing a production manufacturing process
- Excellent knowledge of quality management systems
- Able to demonstrate continuous improvement
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational and written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to undertake professional development training as required
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure works are completed on time, within set budgets and in accordance with the Companies Quality Management System and that completed products are of expected quality
- Report to and liaise with other Managers and Directors for resource and production planning
- Provide leadership and supervision of production department team members
- Develop and maintain the Company training matrix, identifying skills shortfalls and recommend actions
- Identify and report new production processes, materials and / or components
- Ensure workshop plant and equipment is suitably maintained and meets current regulatory requirements
- Propose CAPEX procedures for replacement / improvement of plant and equipment
- Liaise and work with other Managers / Directors to ensure that the Companies aims and objectives are implemented and adopting a cross functional flow
- Maintain accurate documentary evidence of works and processes carried out in accordance with the Companies ISO9001 / EN13485 Quality Management System
- Identify and provide where appropriate, training for production team members alongside regular PDR’s
- Adopt real-time H&S responsibilities for all Company’s manufacturing activities in accordance with Company’s H&S policy
