Role: Cover Supervisor
Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire
Placement Type: Temp to Perm, Full-Time, Immediate Start
Salary: £110 - £140 Daily, Negotiable
Hours: 8:30AM to 3:30PM, Monday to Friday
Ofsted Rating: Good

We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded secondary school in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to make a positive impact by supporting the teaching and learning process, ensuring continuity for students in the absence of their regular class teacher.

• Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task and complete set work.
• Manage student behaviour effectively, following school policies and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Assist with the preparation of resources and classroom setup where needed.
• Provide support to the wider school community and engage with teaching staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Previous experience working with young people, ideally in a school or educational setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage groups effectively.
• A positive attitude, with a proactive approach to supporting both students and staff.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

• Work in a school rated "Good" by Ofsted, with a supportive and welcoming staff team.
