Our client, a well-established business in Daventry, is seeking a self-motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join their small, friendly team on a part-time basis. This role would suit someone with prior experience in sales administration and general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Senior Sales Administrator in daily tasks
- Processing sales orders and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Communicating effectively across departments to co-ordinate sales processes
- Liaising with internal colleagues to ensure smooth sales operations
- Resolving any queries quickly and effectively
- Cover for other team members as required ie, holiday period
- Handling administrative duties to support the team and business operations
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales administration and sales order processing, along with general office administration skills. Strong proficiency in general computer software is essential, and any experience with Product Management Systems would be an advantage. You should have a good standard of Maths and English and possess excellent communication skills with great attention to detail. Flexibility is also important, as you will be expected to provide additional support during holidays, absences, and peak workloads.
Remuneration
- Salary: circa £25,000 per annum pro-rata
- Hours: 20 per week - office-based, Monday to Friday
- Holidays: 25 days plus statutory days, Pension, Parking
