The Essential Assistant Food and Beverage Manager Skills:
- You will be an established hotel Assistant Food and Beverage or departmental head who has held responsibility for a P&L of £2m or more in leading UK hotels.
- Resort or very large city centre hotel experience will suit though exposure to large events and multi F&B outlets is a must.
- You will be an operator that will be involved with the service across the hotel.
