BASIC SALARY: Up to £35,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Internal Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Technical Sales - Manufacturer - UV Lamps

As our Internal Sales Executive / Business Development Manager you will be tasked with using your excellent communication and organisational skills to cultivate and maintain important relationships with existing customers as well as identifying and acting on new opportunities, expanding our market reach throughout our industry and beyond. You will need to have your finger on the pulse to keep up to date with industry trends and advances in technology to ensure we stay one step ahead of our competitors.

You will also:
· Drive growth by identifying and pursuing business opportunities within existing, new, and developing markets.
· Maximise revenue and market share by developing and executing innovative sales strategies.
· Regularly analyse sales data and market feedback to refine strategies and enhance sales performance.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences UK based and overseas.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Internal Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Technical Sales - Manufacturer - UV Lamp

You must be approachable and personable to be successful in this Internal Sales Executive role, as you will often collaborate with cross-functional teams to align your combined efforts with company objectives.

It is essential that you have:
· A proven track record as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a global, multicultural environment.
