Nursery Room Manager
Are you a passionate and experienced childcare professional ready to lead a team and inspire young minds?
Brook Street Social Care are excited to be partnering with a fantastic nursery to find a dynamic Room Manager for their Toddler room. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of little ones while developing your own career.

What you'll be doing:
" Leading and motivating a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance and support.
" Creating and implementing engaging and stimulating learning activities for toddlers in line with the EYFS curriculum.
" Observing and assessing individual children's needs and developing personalized learning plans.
" Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth running and positive environment for all children.
" Maintaining a high standard of care and safety within the room.
" Supporting children with SEND needs.

What we need from you:
" Level 3 Childcare qualification or above (essential)
" Proven experience working with toddlers in a nursery setting.
" In-depth understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its implementation.
" Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
" A passion for early years education and a commitment to providing high quality care.
