Amber Mace are working with a fantastic OH Provider looking for an onsite OH Advisor to cover Daventry and surrounding areas (Daventry, Rugby, Northampton, Warwickshire). The successful candidate will be experienced, and comfortable with taking charge and working autonomously. They are a friendly, honest and approachable company, where the work-life balance is valued. You will be doing a maximum of 6 cases a day, however most usually it will be less, with a variety of work during the day.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct a mix of case management, health surveillance, and pre-placement assessments.
- Collaborate with health & safety and HR teams to support workplace health.
- Work autonomously and effectively within an experienced OH team.
- Maintain high standards of clinical practice while balancing workloads effectively.

Requirements:
- You must have an OH Qualification (Certificate/Diploma/Postgraduate - part 3 not essential)
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally, experience in remote case management (though training in health surveillance can be provided).
