We are working with a luxury hotel/venue in Northamptonshire who are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all aspects of F&B operations. Youll focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, managing budgets, and optimizing staffing across this beautiful luxury property.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Food & Beverage management experience in a high-volume operation
- Experience delivering large scale events
- Knowledge of health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for service and standards
Responsibilities as theFood and Beverage Manager:
- Driving the strategic direction of the food outlets at the hotel
- Proactively working with only the very best suppliers
- Working with all departments to drive continuous improvement
- Maintaining the F&B budget
- Making the most of the hotels fantastictraining and development opportunities
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Working closely alongside the General Manager, you will develop and deliver an F&B strategy that will leave every guest with an exceptional experience.
