As a Nightshift HGV Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing night operations and ensuring smooth maintenance activities during the night shift.
You will be responsible for:
- Supervising night shift operations and managing staff.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Managing inventory and ensuring the availability of required parts.
- Enforcing safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Training and guiding staff to uphold high service levels.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in maintenance, welding, and electrical work.
- Knowledge of HGV repair and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
