Maintenance Supervisor - Food Manufacturing
Location: Daventry
Salary: 49,500
Shift: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established food manufacturing business in Daventry. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a background in the food industry, looking to take ownership of a skilled engineering team in a fast-paced production environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance engineers, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
  • Provide technical support and hands-on maintenance across production equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and site standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Engineer in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
  • Experience with planned and reactive maintenance strategies.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
  • Understanding of compliance within food production (HACCP, BRC, etc.).
