Successful candidates will work accurately under pressure and assist in picking customer orders, completing stock rotations, and replenishing stock.

Monday - Friday

10am-6:30pm

Working as a warehouse operative in Daventry:

You will work accurately under pressure, safely and securely, and possess a desire to learn & develop. The role is physical and hands-on.

To assist the Operatives in accurately picking customer orders, completing stock rotations and replenishing stock;
To perform any other reasonable task as requested by more senior staff;

Skills

Forklift license and experience desired but no necessary.
Strong organisational skills with professional and clear communications skills;
Positive attitude possessing high levels of commitment, motivation, and flexibility;
Have an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision;
Possess strong numeracy skills;
Ability to work flexibly to cover shifts and work to tight deadlines;
Knowledge of Health and Safety and safe working practices.
