Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a full-time, Warehouse Operative to join our team in Crick.

This is full-time, fixed term contractpositions with guaranteed hours until 31st January 2025, you will be working on a fixed shift pattern.

The available shift patterns are:

Sunday to Thursday 07:00 - 15:00

Tuesday to Saturday 07:00 - 15:00

Sunday to Thursday 15:00 - 23:00

Tuesday to Saturday 15:00 - 23:00

Sunday to Thursday 23:00 - 07:00

Tuesday to Saturday 23:00 - 07:00

As a Warehouse Operative you will receive:

An hourly rate of £12.02 for AM Shift, £13.70 for PM shift and £14.22 for night shift

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout all areas of the warehouse
Get involved in a wide variety of warehouse functions, such as inbound, outbound and stock control
Picking and packing of goods from our designer brands
Use warehouse management systems on a day-to-day basis

What you need to succeed at GXO:

A fantastic attitude with the desire to learn and develop your skills and experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Warehouse experience would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided
A safety-focused, detail-oriented and conscientious approach to your work
