Job: Senior Carer (Nights) – Launceston
Salary: £13.75 per hour
Hours: 42 Hours per week, weekend availability required

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Night Team Leader to join our dedicated team at a well-established care home in Launceston. This role is ideal for a current Team Leader or Senior Carer to join this dedicated home.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the night care team, ensuring that all residents receive the highest standard of care and attention.
Provide hands-on support with personal care, medication, and night-time routines.
Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report any concerns or changes to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all care standards, policies, and procedures.
Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Senior Carer or in a similar leadership role within the care sector.
A confident and approachable leader, able to manage and support a team effectively.
Previous experience in a care home setting is essential.
NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care are desirable, but not essential.
A compassionate and patient approach to care, with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Availability to work 42 hours per week, with every other weekend off.
