About Us

LCS Legal Services Group Ltd provides a full range of Estate Planning services including Will writing, deceased Estate Administration and Probate, various Will Trusts and standalone Asset Protection Trusts. We also offer Lasting Powers of Attorney, helping clients to safeguard their assets and manage their affairs whilst ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full secretarial support to legal team
  • Maintain organised client records
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling queries and scheduling meetings
  • Liaising with each member of the Legal team to ensure all processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to compliance standards in all administrative tasks

Required Experience

  • Ideally having one to two years experience in a similar role with provision of administrative or legal administration in a busy office.
  • Must have experience and competence in Microsoft Office and use of Spreadsheets, Excel, Word. 
  • Knowledge of drafting software is not a prerequisite but could  be an advantage, as is any previous work in a support role in a Legal related position.
  • Applicants with an apprenticeship and on-the-job training with administrative experience of performing some of the most common tasks for the role can also apply.

Desirable Qualifications 

  • Applicants ideally need to be educated to GCSE level. 
  • Other qualifications such as CILEX accredited training modules would be an advantage.

Required Skills

  • MUST have excellent phone manner to engage with clients including bereaved clients
