Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders via email, telephone, and B2B portal.
- Plan and allocate stock based on availability.
- Liaise with customers, stock planners, and warehouse teams daily.
- Ensure timely collections and shipments.
- Book UK shipments via the DPD portal.
- Handle special requests such as loan and exhibition orders.
- Support the Accounts team when required.
- Graduate-level education.
- Experience with SAP or courier booking portals (advantageous).
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
