Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage correspondence, including emails and letters
- Prepare legal documents and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Conduct audio typing of legal documents
- Assist with client inquiries and communication
- Organise and maintain legal files and documents
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other IT systems
- Strong audio typing skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Previous experience in a legal setting is essential
