I am delighted to be working with an Accountants based in Banbury who are recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Digital Marketing Executive to join their marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to make an impact on lead generation and brand awareness within the accounting and audit sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales enquiries through innovative lead generation campaigns and enhancing brand awareness for the company.

Your key duties will include:

  • SEO Strategy Development: Creating and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Website Management: Collaborating with our SEO agency to continually enhance the Progress Accountants website, ensuring an optimal user experience and engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Managing and expanding our presence on LinkedIn (organic and paid), as well as exploring additional channels to increase visibility for both the company and senior management.
  • Email Campaign Management: Planning, developing, and managing email marketing campaigns aimed at database growth and enhancing performance.
  • Content Creation: Crafting high-quality, SEO-driven content tailored to specific industries and geographic regions to attract the right audience.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Using analytics tools to track and report on website performance, engagement, and SEO effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing and management teams to ensure seamless digital marketing efforts across all platforms.
  • Innovation: Keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, ensuring Progress Accountants remains at the cutting edge of SEO and online marketing practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO, content creation, and lead generation.
  • Strong proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., GA4, SEMrush, Yoast SEO PRO), WordPress (Divi and Beaver Builder), email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and social media tools (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, work both independently and collaboratively, and deliver results.
  • Knowledge of market analysis techniques and the ability to leverage data to refine marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, Trello, and other relevant tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to produce engaging and relevant content for varied audiences.
