We are working exclusively with a global business, who specialise in learning and development for leaders. Due to success and expansion, they are recruiting for an IT Support Assistant to join their Digital Platforms team in Banbury.
You will be working closely with the Technical Support Lead and team in US, to assist the International Partners and teams with digital platforms.
Responsibilities include:
. Create and distribute Microsoft surveys globally, and collate results for senior leadership team.
. Provide 1st line technical support to managers and the wider team globally.
. Data management, training and troubleshooting.
. Assist users with technical questions, resolve issues or escalate to Technical Support Lead.
You will be:
. Positive and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude
. Strong computer skills with a desire to learn
. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
This is a full time hybrid role (Mondays and Wednesday in office in Banbury).
