To ensure the Fresh Produce categories meet the highest quality standards and comply with both customer specifications and legal requirements, prior experience and understanding of this sector are essential.
Key responsibilities:
Product quality inspection and monitoring, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of quality checks, inspections, and any corrective actions taken, providing reports to relevant departments
Work closely with other teams, including growers, suppliers, and customer service, to ensure consistent product quality and resolve quality-related issues.
You will be required to travel between sites for inspections, quality checks, and audits to ensure consistent quality control across locations. A valid driving license is essential to facilitate this key aspect of the role.
Hourswill vary to cover the demands of the business, including weekend work and travel to different sites when required. Flexibility is essential to adjust working hours based on the needs of the business and product availability.
