HRGO are currently seeking an Production Assembly Operatives to join our automotive manufacturing client. Successful candidates will be responsible for assembling automotive components, operating blow moulding machines, and conducting quality checks to ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Location: Deeside
Shifts: Week 1 Mon- Wed 6am-6pm & Thurs 6am-2pm / Week 2 Mon-Wed 6pm-6am
Salary: 13.81 p/h - 23.33 p/h
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and guidelines
- Operate blow moulding machines to produce automotive components
- Inspect and test assembled products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote efficiency and safety
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge
